Technical Service Manager required for an independent leader in the service and repair of commercial catering equipment. The Technical Service Manager role would suit an experienced engineer with strong electrical knowledge. Candidates from any field service background are encouraged to apply. Experience in a managerial role is desirable, however, this role would also suit an experienced engineer looking for more of an office-based role.

Based from the company’s office in Northampton, the Technical Service Manager will lead an engineering team of approximately 45 engineers and 6-7 area managers. You will play a critical role in establishing and developing standards and processes and will be a key point of contact for engineers when escalating issues.
