Manage the diagnosis and repair of complex technical issues across multiple product lines.
Validate and test instruments, follow protocols, record results, and prepare equipment for shipment.
Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate service, repair, and test records, and contribute to technical documentation.
