Our client is a London City based Main Contractor ranked within the top 5 fit-out contractors UK wide. They have built a reputation for delivering complex schemes, building on long-term relationships with clients and supply chain, and never compromising on quality.

Their speciality includes refurbishments, new buildings, alterations to existing or dilapidated buildings, and interior fit-outs in busy city centres. Their clients are mainly blue-chip companies, with projects across Commercial Offices, Leisure, and Healthcare sectors.

Role:

They seek a Technical Services Manager to work on high-spec commercial projects in central London. Reporting to a Senior Technical Services Manager, candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in M&E contracting, or 2+ years in a similar intermediate TSM role with a Main Contractor seeking career growth.

Duties include:

• Design evaluation, procurement, and programming
• Management of M&E sub-contractors
• Attending project and progress meetings with clients and contractors
• Daily liaison with contractors to meet contract programme needs
• Commissioning of services
• Quality checks of installation works

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in M&E contracting, or 2+ years as a TSM with a Main Contractor
• A steady career progression

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
