Technical Services Manager (MSP) - London (Hybrid) - £50,000 - £60,000 per year I'm working with an established Managed Services Provider (MSP) looking to hire an experienced Technical Services Manager to support their existing team and client base. The role requires someone with a background progressing through the IT Support industry, through to managing a support desk. This role will involve working closely with the IT Support Team and IT Support Manager to ensure tickets are being handled as efficiently as possible, whilst also assessing customers of the business are being supported successfully and efficiently. The hire must have experience dealing with overall IT Infrastructure and Support, alongside Networks and Cloud. The role will involve speaking to customers, visiting them onsite to explain for example, why they may be worth upgrading their infrastructure into Azure. Therefore experience dealing with clients on a face to face level is crucial.
