Your technical insight will support design reviews, ensure compliance, and steer high-quality installations across HVAC, electrical, BMS, and plumbing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage M&E delivery across multiple projects, ensuring performance, quality, and programme alignmentReview drawings, specifications, and technical submittals with a meticulous eyeCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless technical integrationSupport commissioning activities, witnessing, and documentation to ensure smooth handoversContribute to value engineering and design development decisionsWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in a similar role within commercial fit-out, with a strong technical foundationConfident communicator, both with subcontractors and design teamsDeep understanding of building services, industry regulations, and best practicesHNC/HND or degree in Building Services Engineering preferredSMSTS and relevant CSCS card are advantageousWhat's on OfferA career-defining role with a respected interiors specialist, delivering projects that are as technically challenging as they are visually impactful.
