The Role – Technical Services Manager

As the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of all hard services across critical facilities. You will manage performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of technical operations while building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary technical team to deliver best-in-class hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, vertical transport, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, legislative, and client-specific requirements

• Oversee service delivery within critical environments (data centres, healthcare, labs, secure estates etc.)

• Conduct regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and asset lifecycle planning

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex service issues and emergency responses


About You – Must Have:

✔ Proven FM hard services management experience within a Service Provider environment

✔ HVAP qualification (High Voltage Authorised Person) – essential

✔ Experience supporting critical environments with high regulatory and performance expectations

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Organised, proactive with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance

✔ Technical integrity with analytical and problem-solving capability
