A fast growing tier main contractor operating in London is looking for a Technical Services Manager to help deliver commercial schemes in central London. Salary £70,000 - £85,000 + benefits. The Role: This £80m turnover main contractor has a first class reputation and works with a really interesting range of private clients. They are looking for a Technical Services Manager to work on pre construction and construction phases across heavy refurb and fit out projects. The Company: This main contractor works on a wide range of refurb and fit out projects for private clients, generally in the £5m - £40m bracket. Their works are interesting from a design perspective and a lot have historical, heritage or listed elements youll not get bored here!
