The role

As a Technical Services Manager, you will:

\t•\tLead MEP coordination and delivery on site

\t•\tReview and challenge design during pre-construction and delivery

\t•\tManage subcontractors and drive technical compliance

\t•\tOversee commissioning, testing, and handover

\t•\tUse emerging tools (including AuraAI) to improve delivery and reporting

\t•\tIdentify and solve problems early, not react to them late

\t•\tRepresent Aura with professionalism and technical authority

What we’re looking for

We’re not looking for CVs, we’re looking for capability.

You’ll likely have:

\t•\tStrong experience as a TSM or Senior Engineer within MEP construction

\t•\tThe confidence to challenge; design and contractors, where needed

\t•\tA proactive, problem-solving mindset

\t•\tThe ability to operate independently on site

\t•\tAn interest in improving how things are done, not just repeating old processes
