Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week. 25 days holiday plus stat.

Healthcare scheme.\nThe position will be based out of the North West with travel to some sites in the Midlands.\n\nReporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the position of Technical Services Manager / Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of M&E building services and Hard FM contract operations, management of the maintenance engineers, small works quotations, supplier delivery, in collaboration with the clients. The Technical Services Manager / Contract Manager will also be responsible for monitoring service performance, site liaison, contractual adherence & compliance, identifying cost savings and unlocking the value.\n\nKey Accountabilities:\n• coordinate and manage all Building services operations on multiple contracts\n- manage all PPM and reactive maintenance schedules\n- plan and implement small works projects\n• Review service performance identifying areas where improvement is required and developing action plans.\n• Provide escalation point for resolution of service performance.\n- Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract progress\n- Hold responsibility for P&L\n• Identifying, Pricing and Quoting small works\n• Assistance in mobilisation of new contracts.\n• Compliance management\n• Management of maintenance engineers and helpdesk liaison\n• Client site visits and relationship development\n• Support planning and implementation of the budget and revised forecasts\n\nRequirements:\n- experience in multi-site contract management\n- hold a building services engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical, HVAC, etc...)\n- to have operated Compliance oversight \n-to have excellent client facing skills\n-experience of managing M&E engineers and working on PPM schedules etc.\n- to be highly flexible and mobile, to ensure a presence is maintain on sites spread across a large area.\n-Valid driving license\n• Experience in Performance and Job Management systems and their application to the Building Services/FM industry\n• Intermediate IT skills\n• Strong customer services skills and experience\n• Service oriented attitude combined with innovative thinking\n• Background in Building Services and Hard FM\n• An able negotiator with an ability to deal equally with junior and senior staff alike, to be firm in ensuring protocols are adhered to.\n• Self motivated, resourceful, able to work as part of a team.\n\nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now\nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.\nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.\nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
