We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our technical services team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with QSHE standards across our high-profile client sites. You will manage complex projects, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and oversee financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships.
Youll take ownership of energy management initiatives to reduce consumption and drive cost efficiencies, oversee planned preventative maintenance and prioritize reactive tasks, and manage complex projects to completion on time and within budget in line with CDM and SHE regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of the contract, including P&L management, vendor relationships, and accurate monthly reporting. A key part of the role involves developing and motivating your team to achieve strategic objectives, while building strong client relationships and representing the business at regular performance meetings.
As an Apleona Technical Services Manager, were looking for:
City & Guilds qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
IOSH Managing Safely certification
Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role within the FM Industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, CAFM, and Navision systems
Professional FM or business qualification (desirable)
Knowledge of mobile hard services and SFG20 standards (desirable)
Valid UK Driving license with access to personal vehicle
