Technical Services Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a local Leeds company. Covering commercial contracts in the area (primarily office space), you will be in charge of a portfolio of approximately 90 buildings and work with a pool of 12 shared engineers who will complete PPM and reactive maintenance across the sites. Your role will be to manage the engineers and provide training and career development as required, as well as managing the KPI's and SLA's for the maintenance of the building portfolio. Duties of the role include:
Managing all hard services provisions across the local commercial portfolio, managing a team of mechanical and electrical engineers. Staff training, development and reviews. To manage the client service delivery and contract KPI's Work to budgets and deadlines for the completion of the building maintenance To develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the client Manage all SHEQ requirements across the sites and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment. To manage all technical compliance across the contract. Working with professional bodies such as the NICEIC to ensure all audits are passed. To work with the operational and support teams to ensure all completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded within the company's asset management system. To work with and manage subcontractors Work with the business development manager to create quotes for additional work opportunities. Understanding of energy awareness to make the portfolio as energy efficient and carbon neutral as possible. 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Company car or £4.5K car allowance Pension scheme
