Managing all elements of hard services at a large single site for plant and equipment Leading an on-site team of engineers Overseeing all PPM and reactive maintenance Budget management of core and additional works Ensuring HSE compliance including risk management Sub‑contractor management including selection and monitoring Leading the site induction programme and toolbox talks Acting as key point of contact for all technical matters You will have a proven track record within building services working for an FM provider or M+E contractor. IOSH is essential for the role. Good knowledge of leading and sub‑contractor teams is also important and ONC/HNC level within a building services/engineering discipline is also preferable.
