Location: Head Office Elland - Halifax, with some mobile work across the UK Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm No weekends Purpose of the role: The Technical Trainer at Terberg DTS plays a critical role in the development and delivery of training programmes for engineers, ensuring they meet both internal and external qualifications, including IRTEC certifications. This role is responsible for supporting the creation of training content, delivering training aligned with the engineer learning pathways, and managing the accreditation process throughout the engineer journey. Additionally, the role involves delivering training to non-technical employees, such as Controllers, to enhance their understanding of technical concepts and improve their interactions with engineering teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical teams to create high-quality training content for a variety of engineering pathways. Support the development of training materials, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and up to date.
