Technical Trainer – Engineering

Contract – Inside IR35

Location – Gaydon (Hybrid – 3 days on site)

Here at Nixor we’re currently hiring for a well-known global brand who are looking to add to their training department with a technical training professional who is able to understand how to do a Training Needs Analyst (TNA) and is able to run a training creation process.

Working with the Engineering teams (across Body/Chassis/Electrical/Powertrain), you will help ensure all of engineering are trained according to their specific role within process and that their knowledge is current.

As a technical trainer you will…

• Ensure training material content is always up to date and changes are managed to ensure there is a record of the version of training that everyone has undertaken.
• Work with 3rd parties you will help develop professional training material generation in accordance with agreed standards and guideline.
• Working with the Engineering teams (across Body/Chassis/Electrical/Powertrain)

What do we want from you?

• Need proven experience in classroom training, preferably with process focus or in an engineering setting.
• Given the content creation element of the role, strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently would also be advantageous.

These roles are 3 days a week on-site at Gaydon and are paying £240 a day inside IR35 (Circa £48,000 per annum).
