Job Description
Technical Training Manager – Wealth Management
Central London (Hybrid) | £35,000–£45,000 DOE | Full-time
We’re hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead hands-on technical training across client support teams in a growing wealth management firm. This is a practical, standards-driven role with real impact on quality, capability, and regulatory outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Design and deliver technical training, onboarding and competency frameworks
Embed quality standards and consistent ways of working
Review technical work and identify development needs
Support rollouts of new systems, processes and regulatory changes
Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and confidence
What we’re looking for:
Experience in L&D / technical training within financial services
Strong technical knowledge of wealth management & paraplanning
Experience reviewing work and embedding quality frameworks
Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder skills
Understanding of regulatory training requirements
Nice to have:
Experience supporting system/process change
Coaching/mentoring background
CRM/workflow platform exposure
