Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to support one of our clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring audit reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You will collaborate directly with clients and auditors to gather and format the required data, produce report drafts, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of PCI-DSS Report requirements.
- Engage with clients at the start of PCI engagements to:
- Send and explain data collection sheets.
- Set up calls to clarify requirements and guide clients in completing the forms.
- Follow up to ensure timely submission of required information.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills, especially in technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic and/or Excel macros is a plus, especially for merging data between Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or technical writing is a plus.
