Are you a master at turning complex technical jargon into clear, actionable insights? We are looking for a
Technical Writer to join our team in London for a 6-month contract.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technical complexity and user understanding, ensuring our support staff and customers have the high-quality documentation they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Demystify the Complex: Translate intricate data and business specifications into user-friendly manuals, how-to guides, and assembly instructions.
- Investigate & Collaborate: Gather insights through research, statistical reports, and interviews with our engineering and technical teams.
- Visualize Processes: Create document flow diagrams and develop comprehensive user-training materials.
- Quality Control: Review and edit existing technical documents for grammar, style, and content accuracy.
- Document Requirements: Map out business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
