You'll combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to tackle complex security and data challenges. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor small engineering teams (4-8), fostering a culture of excellence and rapid delivery. Define resilient, scalable architectures for secure, disconnected environments. Drive AI/data engineering, including data pipelines and LLM deployment. Collaborate with UK government stakeholders, ensuring "Secure by Design." Develop technical roadmaps for cloud migration and system interoperability. Key Skills: Proficiency in Python, GoLang, Java, TypeScript/Node.js. Hands-on AWS/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes.
