OverviewAt FIS, We are seeking seasoned consultants to become part of our Enterprise Treasury Professional Services team. The ideal candidates will work closely with the client's treasury function to help configure and implement all licensed Treasury modules, provide training, and proactively suggest process improvements where applicable. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading and implementing assigned projects including all functional areas of TreasuryConsult directly with clients and potentially travel to client siteDefine project scope, objectives and requirementsWork individually as well as within a cross-functional team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirementsServe as a liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projectsExpertly research and document client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applicationsMentor and support less experienced consultants, transferring specialist knowledge to other members of the Professional Services teamIdentify opportunities where additional services beyond the core implementation tasks may be offered, and work closely with defined line management to pursue the opportunityMay serve as pre-sales support specialist when neededQualificationsBachelor of Computer ScienceIn-depth knowledge of Treasury systems and how they are implementedKnowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., agile, waterfall, and other modern approaches to project deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g. Executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time management skillsAbility to persuade and influence others on the best practicesAbility to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideasPreferred Knowledge And ExperienceExperience in consulting and/or software application implementations in a Treasury or Banking contextProven understanding of the Corporate Treasury spaceGood knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processesFamiliarity with a Treasury WorkstationsDesirable SkillsExperience with FIS Quantum Treasury Management SystemSQL/RDBMS technical abilityCrystal Reports knowledgeBenefitsA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!A competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
