About the role

As part of the team you will be working closely with clients, and it is therefore critical that you can establish trust and credibility quickly to build effective relationships.

It goes without saying that you are a team player, have a ‘can do’ attitude and understand that the best solutions come from collaboration and exchange of ideas.

You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, who is organised, proactive and inquisitive. Ideally you will already have been involved in Transformation projects and can demonstrate the value delivered to organisations with which you’ve worked. You should be comfortable in managing a team and juggling multiple deadlines.

You will contribute to client proposals and presentations and our clients will see you as a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.

Requirements

  • Extensive consulting/industry experience

3 or more of:

  • Experience in technology due diligence and transactions
  • Post-Deal Integration
  • Carve-outs and Separations
  • Experience in industry as CIO/CTO/IT Director/Similar
  • A keen understanding of how IT / Technology functions operate, how they support, enable and interact with other business functions

In technical terms they should be able to demonstrate experience of: 4 or more of:

  • IT Strategy creation / development / review
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Core Business Applications including ERP, Finance Systems, System Selection, Implementation and Support
  • Software Development Life Cycle and modern methodologies
  • Cyber Security and GDPR/DPA
  • IT Performance, Support, Integrations, Implementations and Scalability
  • Technology Organisation Structures, Operations and Strategy and Change Management

Ideally, they would also have strong experience / expertise in one or more of:

  • Cloud
  • AI
  • Blockchain
  • Digital Twins
  • IoT
  • ESG
