Job Description We are seeking a Technology Services Director to lead the Technology Operating Unit within the Streets and Technology business. The role reports directly to the Head of Streets and Technology and works closely with the Market Director – Technology. Core Service Areas

Responsibilities
Lead safety, quality, ethics, people management and delivery of operational performance. Accountable for financial performance versus FY plan. Ensure accuracy of contracted pipeline revenues. Maintain resource management processes. Promote AECOM values and equity, diversity, inclusion. Support client development and growth opportunities. Attract and retain talent. Apply governance to Go/No Go processes. Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, profitability and quality. Drive project delivery and commercial excellence. Ensure compliance with AECOM policies and values. Work up to 2-3 days/week on technical projects.
Key Qualifications
A track record of achieving/exceeding financial KPIs and driving business growth. Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Flexible, proactive, adaptable. Experience leading project outcomes across sectors. Success in change programs and data-driven performance improvements. Expertise in transport technology procurement and advisory/design/specification or operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Membership of a recognised professional body. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline.
