About the Role:
As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will deliver engaging and practical lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical understanding.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan and prepare practical and theory-based lessons
Assess and monitor student progress
Maintain a safe workshop/classroom environment
Support students in developing practical skills
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology
Experience teaching in a school setting preferred
Strong classroom and workshop management skills
A creative and practical teaching approach
