Technology Transactions Partner – London

About the Opportunity

An international law firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Partner to join its London office as part of its strategic growth plan.

The firm has a strong global client base across technology, media, financial services and healthcare, and the London office plays an important role in supporting cross-border matters across Europe, the US and Asia.

The Role

This role will focus on advising clients on a wide range of technology-driven commercial transactions, including:

• Technology licensing and commercialisation
• Software and SaaS agreements
• Outsourcing and IT services agreements
• Data, digital and platform transactions
• Intellectual property and technology elements of corporate transactions

You will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s international offices and have the opportunity to support both UK and global clients.

Candidate Profile

• Partner-level technology transactions lawyer
• Portable practice with approximately £1.5m+ in billings (open to discuss)
• Experience advising technology companies, digital businesses or investors
• Strong commercial and cross-border transaction experience
• Interest in leveraging an international platform
