Bennett and Game are pleased to represent a well-established specialist contractor delivering architectural metalwork and complex steelwork packages across high-value construction projects in the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Tekla Draughtsman to support projects from design through to fabrication and installation. This role suits someone with a solid Tekla background who enjoys owning packages, working closely with project teams and contributing to technically challenging and visually impressive schemes.


Job Title Job Overview
  • Produce detailed Tekla Structures models for architectural and structural steelwork packages
  • Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings and erection drawings
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects and internal project teams
  • Resolve clashes, RFIs and design queries throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support fabrication and site teams with accurate, buildable information
  • Maintain and update models through revisions and as-built stages

Job Title Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using Tekla Structures
  • Background in architectural metalwork, structural steel or a closely related sector
  • Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes
  • Ability to manage drawings and models with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Job Title Salary & Benefits
  • Salary £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
