Business development telemarketing executive
The role: Making regular calls on behalf of commercial insurance brokers to identify renewal dates and decision maker details, make appointments and develop their knowledge of prospects on their pipeline.
The calls are done on our CRM system, using scripts and specific training to support achieving the best results. The work involves researching the companies and prospects, making calls and leading a fact find process to improve our basic understanding of their insurance needs.
Number of hours per week: 10-15 hours per week with potential to increase further to a maximum of 20 hours per week subject to department requirements. Training and other meetings are in addition to these hours. This role is not suitable for someone seeking full time hours.
Pay per hour: £20 per hour and appointment bonus of £10 per appointment
Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays - 9am to 5pm. Fridays 9am-12pm. Occasional meetings may be outside of these times. This role does not require evening or weekend work. You can work flexibly within these timeframes.
The person we are looking for:
Already set up to work from home/home office and looking to commit to a PAYE employed role that is flexible.
