Job Description
Telesales Executive - EV Charging - Birmingham (Hybrid) - £30k + Bonus
Location: Birmingham (3 days onsite)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + 5% monthly company bonus
The Company
Our client is a growing, engineering-led organisation operating within the power and energy technology space. They specialise in delivering innovative solutions across critical infrastructure and industrial applications, supporting clients with reliable and high-performance power systems.
With continued growth and investment, they are looking to expand their commercial team with a driven and proactive Telesales Executive.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, outbound sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective customers.
You will be responsible for engaging with warm prospects, introducing the company’s offering, and identifying potential opportunities for the wider sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, resilient, and motivated by activity and results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (cold outreach)
Introduce products and services, generating interest and qualifying opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads
Book meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
Accurately log activity and manage data within the CRM system
Work closely with internal teams to support overall sales growth
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar role
Comfortable with cold calling and high activity levels
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What’s on Offer
£27,000 – £30,000 base salary
5% monthly company bonus (team/company performance-based)
Hybrid working (3 days onsite in Birmingham)
