We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

Outbound calls to tenants to sell home‑move products, understand customer needs and maximise sales revenue opportunities. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs. Provide an outstanding customer experience, making the consumer’s home‑moving experience as easy as possible. Attend relevant compliance, product, and service training. Record information in relevant databases and keep the lead portal up to date. Explain compliance regulations to tenants and adhere to these processes. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for tenants.
