We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Construction Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the construction industry. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the growth of a well established fitout contractor specialising in Commercial projects. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience with CRM software. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector to drive company growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, contractors, and stakeholders over the telephone. Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams such as project management and marketing to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts. Maintain organised records of all client interactions and sales activities in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or related industries. Proficiency in CRM software. Strong understanding of construction processes, industry standards, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive attitude with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.
