Telesales Executive

Job Description Accomplish Today's client is looking to a hire an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive to join their growing B2B Sales team. This role is also suitable for candidates with experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , Business Development Representative (BDR) , or Telesales Executive .
This is a phone-based outbound sales role focused on calling warm leads , lead generation , and business development . You will contact recruitment agencies, qualify sales opportunities, and book product demonstrations. This role offers strong commission , clear targets, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities Outbound telesales and telephone sales to B2B clients
High-volumewarm lead calling using CRM data
Lead generation and sales qualification
Business development within recruitment and compliance sectors
Booking product demos for the Sales Manager
Achieving a minimum of 15 qualified sales leads per month
Managing the sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
Following up inbound leads and re-engaging dormant accounts
Working closely with the wider sales team to hit targets
Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in telesales , outbound sales , SDR , BDR , or sales executive roles
Strong B2B sales and telephone sales skills
Confident with cold calling and objection handling
Target-driven and motivated by commission and OTE
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Background in lead generation or business development is ideal
Whats on Offer £28,000 basic salary
OTE £35,000+ with uncapped commission
Career progression into Business Development Manageror Account Manager roles.
