Salary: £27,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £45,000£65,000+

We are now hiring Telesales Executives to join our expanding outbound sales team selling £97 Discovery Day business training events.
This is a fast-paced, outbound, target-driven telesales role for proven sales professionals only.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
Calling warm outbound leads
Selling tickets to our Discovery Day events
Hitting a target of 2 sales per day (after first 3 months)
Building a personal pipeline and managing follow-ups
Supporting event attendance through relationship-driven check-ins
You are the front end of the entire Trade Mastermind sales engine.

WHAT YOULL DO
Make high-volume outbound calls to warm data
Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
Build, manage, and maintain your own pipeline
Execute structured follow-up sequences for undecided prospects
Use scripts and proven objection handling frameworks
Deliver energy and professionalism on every call
Track KPIs daily and stay disciplined in your workflow
Support attendance through pre-event nurturing
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
Minimum 3 years proven telesales / outbound phone sales experience
Strong track record in selling a product or service over the phone
Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline
Experience creating structured follow-up routines
High call volume experience (150200 calls/day)
Discipline, structure, and consistency in hitting KPIs
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
A competitive, high-energy personality
This Role Is NOT For:
Inbound salespeople
Appointment setters with no closing experience
People without phone-based sales experience
People who dislike high call volume or structured targets
