We are a specialist vehicle sourcing and finance business working with SME owners across the UK. We are looking for a capable, professional telesales person to work directly with the business owner generating new opportunities.
This is a part-time role with significant flexibility around hours and working pattern. It suits someone organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing their own time while delivering measurable results.
You will be making a mix of cold and warm outbound calls to business owners, introducing our vehicle sourcing and finance services, opening conversations, qualifying prospects and booking quality appointments.
This is a target-driven role. You must be confident speaking with decision-makers and able to discuss pricing and finance in a clear, credible manner.
Requirements:
Outbound telesales or sales experience
Comfortable engaging business owners and directors
Resilient and target-focused
Strong numeracy skills
Professional and articulate on the phone
Social media marketing awareness helpful but not essential
We offer a competitive basic salary plus generous commission. A strong performer could expect earnings in excess of £50,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis after a qualifying period, depending on hours and results.
There are genuine progression opportunities within the business. The right individual could grow into a more senior role, with potential sponsorship towards relevant professional adviser qualifications.
