We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a team of customer service advisors in a fast-paced, remote environment.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily contact centre operations, ensuring your team delivers outstanding customer service while meeting key performance targets. You will provide coaching, support, and guidance to drive performance, as well as handle escalated queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer service advisors
* Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback
* Conduct coaching sessions and quality assurance activities
* Manage escalated customer queries and complaints effectively
* Oversee workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
* Produce performance reports and communicate insights to management
