The Role:

As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and refined front-of-house experience. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders

• Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently and courteously
\n\t
• Organising incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
\n\t
• Liaising with couriers and coordinating collections and drop-offs
\n\t
• Booking, managing, and preparing meeting rooms as required
\n\t
• Handling ad hoc administrative queries and supporting the wider office as needed
\n
