Our client is seeking a temporary admin professional to support attendance operations. The role involves managing a caseload, making phone calls and maintaining records to help ensure engagement and participation.

Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls and handling inbound queries in a professional and supportive manner

* Managing and updating internal system

* Monitoring attendance data and flagging concerns where appropriate

* Building positive working relationships to promote engagement

* Supporting wider administrative tasks as required

Our client is looking for

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities

* A friendly, professional, and confident approach when liaising with clients and colleagues

*An enhanced DBS check is essential for this role*
