You will be answering inbound customer calls, thanking the customer for their time and responding to their query. You will be following a script to ensure all the correct information is provided to the customer.

There will be a high volume of calls, therefore, you must be able to answer them in a timely manner. An internet speed check will be completed before you start to ensure there is no delay with you receiving these calls.

Requirements:

You must have an appropriate home set up You must have a non Apple or Chrome computer to use WiFi is not prohibited; therefore, you will need to use an ethernet cable You should be customer-oriented and be happy to speak to a number of customers Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal is essential due to the nature of the callsThis is a great opportunity for those looking for a new temporary role with an imminent start.
