Temporary Executive Assistant | Immediate Start (DBS Required)

Location: Near Stansted
Duration: Approx. 3 weeks initially, with potential extension to 1-2 months
Start Date: Monday 16th March (with flexibility for a meet & greet beforehand)
Pay: £15.50-£16.50 per hour (experience dependent)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, full‑time

We are delighted to be supporting a well established organisation within the education sector as they seek a confident and capable Executive Assistant to provide high level support during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support including diary management, inbox oversight and document preparation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel and events
Produce high quality correspondence, reports and presentations
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
Liaise professionally with staff, stakeholders and external contacts
Support governance‑related administration where required
Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operationsWhat We Are Looking For

Enhanced DBS already on file (essential in this environment)
Proven EA or PA experience supporting senior leadership
Experience within the education sector is highly desirable
Availability to start Monday 16th March
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
