Executive Assistant


Central London

Full time, Temporary (3 months)

c. £30-40,000

Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)


We're currently working with a great international grant giving foundation, focused on safety and sustainability, with incredible projects round the world.


They're about to hit an extremely busy period and need temporary help, to start as soon as possible, working direct to the Executive Director and providing support across the team.


Key tasks will include:


·        Supporting the Executive Director with admin and organisation

·        Scheduling and organising meetings

·        Arranging and tracking international travel

·        Managing the office

·        Coordinating events logistics

·        Providing admin support to the whole team and trustees


You'll need to be immediately available and able to go into their central London office at least twice a week, ideally more. Contract will be three months, full time, paid £30-40k pro rata, depending on experience. There will be some out of hours working, especially in the run up to the board meeting at the end of March.


Executive Assistant experience is essential, having worked in an international organisation is definitely an advantage. Understanding of philanthropic programmes would be great but isn’t crucial. It's a really urgent requirement and we'll meet candidates as they come in so do apply if it looks of interest.
