Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support File and manage documents efficiently Check invoices against purchase orders (POs) Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries Enter data accurately and in a timely manner Skills & Experience Required:
High attention to detail is essential Confident verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role essential General office software (MS Office) Additional Information:
