Operations Events Coordinator (Temporary - 3 Months) Location: Hybrid - Central London (up to 3 days per week) Salary: £17 per hour Start Date: Mid-January
About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global events company for an Operations Events Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from their central London office.
You will be integral to delivering high-profile international events, managing registration and attendee processes , supporting sponsorship and exhibitor management , and assisting with event logistics .
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day registration approvals and attendee data accuracy

Oversee and respond to the registration inbox, escalating issues where needed

Maintain and update sponsorship packages, booth allocations, and exhibitor entitlements

Liaise with internal teams to ensure all sponsor and exhibitor deliverables are fulfilled onsite

Support event operations including processing office and event orders

Provide operational assistance across the wider events team

Flexibility to work closer to U.S. hours during peak periods

Skills & Experience
Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners

Experience with event platforms, databases, or CRM systems

Ability to work independently and manage priorities from two managers

Proactive, solutions-focused, reliable, and professional
