Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Coordinate office supplies, maintaining stock levels and placing orders as required. Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings. Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Support the office team with ad hoc duties as needed. Ensure the office remains tidy and organised at all times. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.Profile
