Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner Providing refreshments when required Answering incoming calls and transferring or taking messages Monitoring and responding to emails Carrying out light administrative tasks Keeping the reception and waiting area clean, tidy and well-presented Supporting with general office and facilities dutiesWhat We're Looking For:
