Must haves
  • Proven experience in sales or recruitment
  • Confident communication skills with a relationship led approach

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to team success

Nice to haves
  • Previous experience within temporary recruitment or 360 recruitment
  • Experience working in a fast paced, KPI driven environment

What will you be doing?
  • Building and developing a temporary recruitment desk
  • Managing relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Ensuring a high standard of service and candidate experience
  • Working closely with colleagues to support the continued growth of the division
