You'll be supporting the renewal and coordination of a large portfolio of student and professional lets – making sure tenancies are renewed on time, all the legal bits are completed properly, and both landlords and tenants get the smooth service they've come to expect.

Your day-to-day will include negotiating tenancy renewals, drafting agreements, completing Right to Rent checks, setting up Rent & Legal Protection policies, and supporting with deposit returns. It's fast-paced, varied, and calls for someone who can balance accuracy with a proactive approach.

While previous experience in lettings or property would be helpful, it's not essential. What really matters is your organisation, communication, and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks at once. You'll need to be confident managing negotiations, solving problems quickly, and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
