Housing Officer - Hybrid 3 days in Office - London - Interviews Next Week - 12 Months

A close client of mine is looking for a Housing Officer with extensive Tenancy Management experience to join their team on a hybrid basis for 12 months.

Required Skills:

• Experience with tenancy management in previous roles.
• Managing voids within a designated area.
• Compliance experience as a Housing Officer for a local authority.
• Experience dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour.
• Managing repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with tenancy matters, general needs, mutual exchange, and succession.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Handling calls from landlords and addressing complaints.
• Conducting visits within the area and managing void properties.
