Tenancy Sustainment Officer (Homelessness)£26,177.99 a yearFull-Time, PermanentStoke-on-TrentAs a Tenancy Sustainment Officer,youllwork with the Tenancy Sustainment Team to deliver high-quality Tenancy Sustainment to our Customers who are vulnerable and/or have complex needs, living in their accommodation in the Stoke on Trent area.Job requirementsProviding contact, advice, and guidance to customers, including preparation and delivery of occupancy agreements, tenancy handbooks, informationpacksand sign-ups.Assistingwith all areas of move-in to make sure new residents are made to feel comfortable.Maintaining tenancy conditions and making sure that properties and stock aremaintained.Dealing with enquiries and complaints from tenants and members of the community or public.Making sure regular property and health and safety inspections are conducted and reporting any issues to the relevant teams.Whatwerelooking forEducated to degree level or equivalent and CIH Level 3 minimum or the willingness to work towards.Understanding of great customer service and customer care.Great communicationand problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.Full UK Driving License with own vehicle for work purposes.DBS check.Help us give those without a plan,voiceor home to build concrete futures by tackling the issues that keep people from finding their own home.
