Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer Location: Ashford Overview Were looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join the Water team as a Tenant Engagement Officer. This is a fully field based role, perfect for someone with experience in tenant liaison, accompanied viewings, property inspections, or similar customer facing roles. Youll be engaging directly with residents at their homes, explaining a free water saving upgrade, and carrying out simple indoor assessments to book installations. If you enjoy being out on the road, talking to people, and making a difference in your community, this could be a great fit for you.
