They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis to work on energy efficiency upgrade schemes and internal refurbishments to tenanted properties across the North West. Schemes could be anywhere in the North West, so the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel. As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary.
