Consult are proudly supporting a globally established, clinically respected orthodontic manufacturer with the appointment of a Territory Manager covering North London and the Home Counties.


This is a field-based commercial role within a business recognised internationally for product quality, reliability and long-term partnerships with orthodontic specialists.


The Opportunity


The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and developing a defined orthodontic territory, calling on both existing and prospective customers and driving growth through consistent, on-territory activity.


This is a role that combines clinical credibility with commercial discipline. You’ll be expected to understand the orthodontic office environment, articulate value through product demonstrations and education, and manage your territory as a business.


The client is open to candidates with proven dental sales experience, but also to orthodontic professionals (Treatment Coordinators, Practice Managers, Dental Nurses) who bring strong commercial aptitude and are ready to step into a full Territory Manager position.


The Role

  • Managing and growing an established orthodontic territory through regular field activity
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with orthodontists and practice teams
  • Developing a detailed technical understanding of the product portfolio and its application within the orthodontic office
  • Delivering product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value
  • Achieving agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Managing customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records
  • Keeping CRM systems updated on a regular basis
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching and occasional UK/international meetings or trade shows


Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a dental or medical sales environment or a minimum of 2 years working within an orthodontic specialist practice
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in sales and territory development
  • The confidence to communicate, present and negotiate professionally
  • The ability to remain organised and effective under pressure
  • Strong IT capability (CRM, Word, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
  • A full UK driving licence
