A well established and growing surgical medical device company is looking to appoint a Territory Manager to cover the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Luton, Kettering, Norfolk, Oxford, Reading, Southampton

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing accounts across hospital and surgical settings
- Identifying new business opportunities within your territory
- Building relationships with theatre staff, clinicians and procurement teams
- Delivering product demonstrations and supporting customer requirements
- Executing territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Managing your pipeline and reporting activity through CRM
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the areas listed above.
Who We’re Looking For
We are open to profiles from:
- 1–2 years medical device sales experience
- Clinical Specialists looking to move into a commercial role
- Registered Nurses wanting to transition into surgical sales
- Early-career medical sales professionals ready for greater ownership
You will:
- Be confident engaging with clinical and theatre stakeholders
- Have strong organisational and planning skills
- Be commercially motivated and target-driven
- Be self-sufficient and comfortable managing a territory autonomously
- Hold a full UK driving licence
Surgical or medical supplies experience is advantageous but not essential, attitude, credibility and drive matter most.
