Territory Manager – Pelvic Health (North East & Yorkshire)

Inizio Engage is partnering with a global leader in healthcare technology to recruit a Territory Manager within Pelvic Health. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious graduate with sales experience who is ready to step into medical devices and build a long-term career in a specialist, theatre-based role.


If you’re commercially driven, confident building relationships, and excited by the idea of working in operating theatres supporting life-changing procedures, this role offers real responsibility, structured development, and significant earning potential.


This position focuses on Sacral Neuromodulation – an innovative therapy that restores control and dramatically improves quality of life for patients. You’ll take ownership of a well-established territory with strong growth potential, supported by industry-leading training and mentorship.


The Opportunity

As Territory Manager, you’ll develop into the business lead for your region — combining commercial drive with clinical learning to grow market share and expand therapy adoption.


You’ll receive comprehensive product and clinical training, enabling you to:

  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan
  • Drive quarterly and annual sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with urology, urogynaecology and colorectal teams
  • Support clinical cases in theatre (full training provided)
  • Identify opportunities to increase therapy uptake and improve patient pathways
  • Deliver product education sessions to clinical teams
  • Represent the company at regional meetings and events

Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree educated (any discipline)
  • Proven sales experience (retail, B2B, telesales, healthcare, field sales, etc.)
  • Evidence of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High levels of motivation, accountability, and ownership
  • Willingness to travel across North East & Yorkshire


Highly Desirable:

  • Exposure to medical or healthcare sales
  • Experience working in a customer-facing, consultative environment
  • Ambition to build a long-term career in medical devices
